35 years experience in Intellectual Property litigation and transactions, 28 as a partner with Norton Rose until May 2006.

Since May 2003 a part time consultant to Nottingham Law School, tutoring on the LLM in Intellectual Property Litigation and designing and implementing the Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial I.P. targeted at newly qualified solicitors.

Part time Deputy Chairman of the Information Tribunal handling appeals on Freedom of Information and Data Protection issues.
