New Material added to the Website recently.
I have added a note on service or the Claim Form and Particulars of Claim in an infringement action, taking in some recent rule changes.
I have also included my speaker notes from the PALs meeting on 25 February 2009 - Never Wrestle with a Pig (you both get muddy and the pig loves it) - the official title was "Communications with the Other Side".
