Practitioner Notes
Back to: Home
This part of the website contains some notes on various aspects of litigation practice, which I hope will prove helpful. It would be nice if CIPA and ITMA litigators were to tell me of their experiences so that the notes may be expanded and improved. I would be very happy to include references to those experiences, either acknowledging the source, or preserving anonymity, as the contributor prefers.
If you would like to receive an e-mail when I add material to these notes just send me an e-mail:
I have prepared some template forms and checklists for various steps in a typical IP infringement action.
Some notes on Part 36 and mediation issues.
This is a table in which I have brought together the main rules setting out the time in which particulars tasks must be completed in IP litigation
Some further notes that do not fit easily into any particular category.
Never Wrestle with a Pig (you both get muddy and the pig loves it).
My speakers notes on a talk to PALs on 25 February 2009 with the formal title of "Communications with the Other Side"
